St. Marys Point is a city in Washington County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 368 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.39 square miles (1.01 km2), all of it land. County 18 serves as a main route.

As of the census of 2010, there were 368 people, 149 households, and 104 families residing in the city. The population density was 943.6 inhabitants per square mile (364.3/km2). There were 164 housing units at an average density of 420.5 per square mile (162.4/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.6% White, 0.3% Native American, 0.5% Asian, and 0.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.3% of the population.

There were 149 households of which 28.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.4% were married couples living together, 8.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 30.2% were non-families. 22.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 2.88.
