Bhargavi holds a B. Tech degree from Vignan Institute of Technology and Science, Hyderabad and is currently pursuing M.B.A.

Sravana Bhargavi got engaged to Singer Vedala Hemachandra on December 9, 2012 in Hyderabad, India and got married to him on February 14, 2013

She did voice acting for the movies Love Failure and Gabbar Singh.
