Spragueville is a city in Jackson County, Iowa, United States. The population was 81 at the 2010 census.

Spragueville is named for the early settler Sprague who arrived there in 1841 and established a gristmill.

Spragueville is located at 42°4′32″N 90°25′48″W / 42.07556°N 90.43000°W / 42.07556; -90.43000 (42.075500, -90.430023).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.67 square miles (1.74 km2), all of it land.
