Spokane (/spoʊˈkeɪn/ spoh-KAYN) is a census-designated place in Christian County, Missouri, United States. The population was 177 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Spokane was laid out in 1893 The community's name is a transfer from Spokane, Washington. A post office called Spokane has been in operation since 1892.
