Spodoptera littoralis, the African cotton leafworm or Egyptian cotton leafworm, is a noctuid moth found widely in Africa and Mediterranean Europe. It has been recorded at least six times in the UK, where it is also known as the Mediterranean Brocade, either an immigrant or as an accidental import. It is often a pest on vegetables, fruits, flowers, and other crops.
