South Carolina Highway 357 runs from Greer to Campobello through some of the rural parts of western Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
The route starts off at South Carolina Highway 290 (East Poinsett Street) and South Carolina Highway 101 (South Line Street), and is named North Line Street until it intersects with Arlington Avenue, where the route changes to Arlington Road, and then intersects US Route 29 (East Wade Hampton Boulevard), from there, it goes down into unincorporated Apalache, where it turns right and crosses the South Tyger River, and then looses the name, Arlington Road, and continues as just South Carolina Highway 357, it then intersects Gap Creek Road, and starts to leave Greer, South Carolina, and starts to enter Lyman, South Carolina, once South Carolina Highway 357 enters Lyman, it crosses the Middle Tyger River and goes on for a few miles until it crosses South Carolina Highway 358, where South Carolina Highway 357 turns left and continues off of South Carolina Highway 358's terminus, South Carolina Highway 357 goes through some rural parts of Spartanburg County, which last until South Carolina Highway 357 reaches Campobello, South Carolina, once the route enters Campobello, it intersects with US Route 176 (North Main Street), and then continues past as Depot Street for a short distance, where it reaches its terminus at South Carolina Highway 11 (Pine Street)
