The 1. DOL (Slovene: 1. državna odbojkarska liga) is the highest professional men's volleyball league in Slovenia. It is run by the Volleyball Federation of Slovenia.
The competition in the 1. DOL consists in two parts and the play-offs. The first part takes in the form of two-circuit league. The second part of the league is divided into blue and green group. The blue group consists of the first six teams after the first part. The green group consists of teams which were ranked 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th after the first part. Play-off round is played in three stages (quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals and the match for third place). In the quarter-finals and semi-final opponents play on the two obtained match, in the finals on the three.
