sky100 (Chinese: 天際100) is a 360-degree indoor observation deck on the 100th floor of the International Commerce Centre, in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was designed by international architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox.
sky100 is located two floors below The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong in the same building. Visitors reach the observation deck using high speed elevators, which travel from the 2/F entrance to the 100/F in 60 seconds.
sky100's Advanced Telescope provides "sunny day setting" and pre-recorded views from bright days, and on-screen indicators point to landmarks. Other settings include night views and fireworks. Interactive touch screens dot the deck, offering facts, tips and an itinerary planner.
The deck offers views of Hong Kong Island, full view of the Kowloon Peninsula and—weather permitting—the ridges that gave Kowloon its name and Tai Mo Shan in the background.
There is a café serving local snacks and refreshments as well as a restaurant serving international cuisines on the 101st floor.

Set at the west side of the deck, Cafe100 is inspired by the relaxing ambience of a Parisians terrace café. Visitors from all around the world can enjoy exquisite dishes such as sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, panini sandwiches and poffertjes while taking in the panoramic view of boundless sea and captivating sunset.
By using the new sky100 app and its function of “AR Fun Photos”, visitors can “glide over the Victoria Harbour” and take other fun-filled photos alongside the ICC, the tallest building in Hong Kong, or hold it in the palms of your hand.
To perfectly capture the joyous moment while visiting sky100, visitors can stopover at our photo booth where they can take photos with different delightful backgrounds and sizes. Visitors can also purchase the photos they took to treasure this memory forever.
