Shunem (Hebrew: שׁוּנֵם; Douay-Rheims: Sunam) was a small village mentioned in the Bible. It was located in the possession of the Tribe of Issachar, near the Jezreel Valley and south of Mount Gilboa (Joshua 19,18).
