Shumaker-Lewis House, also known as Virgil A. Lewis House, is a historic home located at Mason, Mason County, West Virginia. It was built about 1885, and is a two story Victorian-era frame cottage. It features a two tier Eastlake Movement style porch. It was the home of Virgil A. Lewis (1848-1912), the first State Historian and Archivist of West Virginia, 1905-1912. It is the headquarters of the Mason City Historical Society.

Due partially to lack of maintenance, the house is in generally poor repair and is no longer open to visitors. Plans are currently being made to move the house to the grounds of the WV State Farm Museum in the fall of 2013. If successfully moved, it will be restored and re-opened to public visitation.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
