Shiv Kumar is an Indian actor, producer and director of Hindi and Brijbhasha films. He produced and directed Brijbhoomi, the first Brijbhasha film, as well as Lalluram.

Shiv Kumar was born at Dedamai Aligarh district (now Mahamaya Nagar), Uttar Pradesh.

He got his first break in Kishore Sahu's film "Poonam Ki Raat" (1965); after that he played lead role in his next film "Hare Kanch Ki Choodiyan" (1967).
