Shinji Kobayashi (小林 伸二 Kobayashi Shinji?, born August 24, 1960) is a former Japanese football player and manager.
He has been the manager of Tokushima Vortis for four seasons, but he didn't see his contract renewed for 2016. After few days, he was appointed by Shimizu S-Pulse to gain back the top flight.
