Shiloh is a census-designated place (CDP) in West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 11,218 at the 2010 census.

Shiloh is located at 39°58′22″N 76°47′44″W / 39.97278°N 76.79556°W / 39.97278; -76.79556 (39.972697, -76.795594).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.2 square miles (10.9 km²), all of it land.
