Shelbina /ʃɛlˈbnə/ is a city in Shelby County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,704 at the 2010 census.

Shelbina was platted in 1857 when the railroad was extended to that point. The name "Shelbina" is derived from Shelby County. A post office called Shelbina has been in operation since 1858.

Shelbina is located at 39°41′32″N 92°2′23″W / 39.69222°N 92.03972°W / 39.69222; -92.03972 (39.692312, -92.039856).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.34 square miles (6.06 km2), all land.
