Sharjeel Khan (Urdu: شرجیل خان ‎ (born 14 August 1989) in Hyderabad, Sindh) is a cricketer from Pakistan. He is an attacking opening batsman. He was part of the bronze medal winning team at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China. He made his T20I debut for Pakistan on 8 December 2013 against Afghanistan and made his One Day International debut for Pakistan on 18 December 2013 against Sri Lanka. In his debut ODI match he played very good knock of 61 runs from 61 balls. He was selected in the Pakistan squad for the 2016 ICC World Twenty20 where he was the highest run scorer for his team. Sharjeel belongs to Sindhi family of Jakhrani tribe.While his mother belongs to Pashtun family

Sharjeel Khan made his first-class debut in 2009. He scored 1 run in the first innings. During that season, he ended up with around 8 runs. In his T20 games he made two T20 centuries.

He was called up for the first time for Pakistan during Sri Lanka's tour of the UAE. While in his 2nd international in a T20I against Sri Lanka at Dubai, Sharjeel made a promising 34 and suggested he could fix Pakistan's top order conundrum. This was cemented even more in only his 3rd game, when he blasted a swashbuckling 50 off 25 balls against Sri Lanka. Sharjeel became a regular in the Pakistan limited overs teams ever since his successful PSL in February 2016 where he made 299 runs (3rd highest) at 29.95. He also hit the most sixes in the inaugural PSL (19) and scored the first century for the PSL.
