Shailkupa (Bengali: শৈলকুপা) is an Upazila of Jhenaidah District in the Division of Khulna, Bangladesh.
It has a total area of 373.42 km².
It has 51,595 households. As of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Shailkupa has a population of 293,341. Males constitute 51.43% of the population, and females 48.57%. The adult population numbers 151,516.
