Service NSW is a whole of New South Wales Government Service access point that provides online, and in person offices that handle more than 800 transactions including:
Service NSW offices replaced Roads and Maritime Services offices in New South Wales. It provides additional services in multiple locations that were previously only available in Sydney CBD and at certain regional locations. It is run as a corporate organisation with a CEO, currently Rachna Gandhi with loose control from a minister.
There are over 100 Offices (or one-stop shops as they are called), offer concierge, kiosks and free wifi.
Service NSW had extended opening hours which reduced somewhat, however continues to provide access to its offices on Saturday mornings at most locations.
Service NSW is legislated under the Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services) Act 2013 No 39
