Senath /ˈsnəθ/ (SEE-nəth) is a city in Dunklin County, Missouri, United States. The population was 1,767 at the 2010 census.

Senath was founded in 1882. It is named after an early settler, Asenath Douglass, who was commonly called Senath and in whose family her Bible-derived name Asenath was pronounced with a long "e" and with stress on the second syllable. A post office called Senath has been in operation since 1881.

Senath is located at 36°8′0″N 90°9′36″W / 36.13333°N 90.16000°W / 36.13333; -90.16000 (36.133308, -90.160078).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.92 square miles (4.97 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 1,767 people, 661 households, and 433 families residing in the city. The population density was 920.3 inhabitants per square mile (355.3/km2). There were 765 housing units at an average density of 398.4 per square mile (153.8/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 76.74% White, 1.08% Black or African American, 0.17% Native American, 0.11% Asian, 20.71% from other races, and 1.19% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 27.62% of the population.
