Senèdes is a municipality in the district of Sarine in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland.
Senèdes is first mentioned in 1233 as Senaide.
Senèdes has an area, as of 2009[update], of 0.5 square kilometers (0.19 sq mi). Of this area, 0.37 km2 (0.14 sq mi) or 74.0% is used for agricultural purposes, while 0.05 km2 (0.019 sq mi) or 10.0% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.08 km2 (20 acres) or 16.0% is settled (buildings or roads).
Of the built up area, industrial buildings made up 2.0% of the total area while housing and buildings made up 10.0% and transportation infrastructure made up 4.0%. Out of the forested land, all of the forested land area is covered with heavy forests. Of the agricultural land, 50.0% is used for growing crops and 24.0% is pastures.
The municipality is located in the Sarine district.
