Seminole Towne Center is 1,136,579 square feet (105,591.6 m2) and was built alongside Brandon Town Center in 1995 in Sanford, Florida, in the Orlando metropolitan area. Owned and managed by WP Glimcher, the mall is anchored by Sears, JCPenney, Macy's, and Dillard's, with Dick's Sporting Goods and Burlington Coat Factory sharing the mall's eastern anchor space that was previously Belk.

The mall opened in 1995 with Dillard's, JCPenney, Sears, Burdines, and Parisian. Parisian was converted to McRae's in 2004, and then to Belk in 2006.

On May 8, 2009, Orlando Business Journal reported the coming addition of a 20,000-square-foot (1,900 m2) H&M store. The mall's eastern anchor, following the closing of Belk in 2010, became occupied by Burlington on the lower level and Dick's Sporting Goods on the upper level. Additionally, Sears closed the lower level of its anchor store at the center in 2012 and that space is now vacant. Washington Prime Group, now WP Glimcher, acquired Seminole Towne Center in May 2014. In 2015, 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) of retail space near Macy's was cleared and converted into an Athletic Apex health club, which opened in 2016.
