Mohamad Ibnu Sayuti, known as Sayuti Melik, (born on November 22, 1908 in Sleman, Yogyakarta, Dutch East Indies - died on February 27, 1989 in Jakarta, Indonesia) was the Indonesian typist of the copy of the proclamation of independence, which was proclaimed by Sukarno on August 17, 1945. He was the husband of Soerastri Karma Trimurti, a journalist and activist in the women's and Indonesian independence movements.

Melik was born on 22 November 1908 in Sleman, Yogyakarta. He went to Loro Ongko school in the village of Srowolan, and after that continued his education in Yogyakarta.
