The Tagaytay–Sta. Rosa Road (or Tagaytay–Sta. Rosa Highway) is a 23.245-kilometre (14.444 mi), two-to-four lane, secondary highway in Laguna and Cavite, Philippines.
It connects the city of Sta. Rosa in Laguna and the city of Tagaytay in Cavite traversing through the municipality of Silang in Cavite. It is one of the fastest way to Tagaytay from Manila via Sta. Rosa Exit in South Luzon Expressway.
The entire road is a component of National Route 420 (N420) of the Philippine highway network.
