Sant Julià de Ramis is a village in the province of Girona and autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. In 2014, the municipality covered an area of 18.76 square kilometres (7.24 sq mi). In June 2015, the town of Medinyà, which had been a separate municipality until 1972, seceded from Sant Julià de Ramis and regained its former status and territory, leaving Sant Julià de Ramis with 2568 inhabitants and 11.1 km2.
