Sajzy [ˈsai̯zɨ] (German Zeysen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ełk, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Ełk and 120 km (75 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
