Sageville is a city in Dubuque County, Iowa, United States. The population was 122 at the 2010 census, down from 203 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.69 square miles (1.79 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 122 people, 55 households, and 37 families residing in the city. The population density was 176.8 inhabitants per square mile (68.3/km2). There were 57 housing units at an average density of 82.6 per square mile (31.9/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 99.2% White and 0.8% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.8% of the population.
