The Transports en commun lyonnais (Lyon public transport in French) (usually referred to as TCL) is the Lyon public transport agency. It is the second largest public transport system in France (after Paris), and covers 62 communes, including all 57 communes of the Urban Community of Lyon, spread over 606 square kilometres (234 sq mi).

TCL is managed by two companies: Sytral sets policies and finances the infrastructure, while Keolis Lyon runs the network on a day-to-day basis.
Several bus lines run one bus per hour throughout the night, mostly to allow young people to get home. There are four such lines, labelled "Pleine Lune" ("full moon").
