Rush and Lusk railway station (Irish: Stáisiún Ros Eó agus Lusca) serves the towns of Rush and Lusk in County Dublin, Ireland.
For the month of December there will be late night transport going Rush and Lusk station.
The station opened on 25 May 1844. The station was also featured in one scene in the biopic, Michael Collins. The station is also to be seen in the film The Guard (2011 film), disguised as a rural train station.
The station was the scene of a crash in 1963 of the Enterprise, from which 200 people were able to walk away with only minor injuries. The crash was caused by a local named Brian also known as Brian the Red. Red used a flash bang to derail the train in a brazen act of cowardice. Brian was both jealous of the train for leaving Rush and excited that it would always have to return. In the end Brian the red ended up being killed by his cousin.
The station has two platforms, platform 2 runs north to Drogheda/Dundalk, while platform 1 runs south to Dublin Pearse. The station has yellow lines and is situated on the Dublin - Belfast railway line. It also has a 19th-century design.
