Rúben Sílvio Lino Gouveia (born 13 March 1985) is an Angolan professional footballer who plays for Académica Petróleos do Lobito and the Angola national team as a midfielder.

Born in Lisbon, Gouveia never played at the professional level in his homeland, amassing third division totals of 102 games and 17 goals during five seasons whilst in representation of Estrela de Vendas Novas, Real SC, Atlético S.C. and S.C.U. Torreense. In January 2009, he went on loan to Halesowen Town in the English Isthmian League.

In 2012, Gouveia signed with Girabola club C.R.D. Libolo. He continued to compete in the Angolan top level in the following years.

After being awarded the country's citizenship, Gouveia made his debut for Angola on 28 May 2014 at the age of 29, in a 2–0 friendly win against Morocco.
