Rossville is a city in Shawnee County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 1,151.
Rossville was founded in 1871. It was named for William W. Ross, a Kansas reporter.
Rossville is located at 39°8′12″N 95°57′5″W / 39.13667°N 95.95139°W (39.136559, -95.951255). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.61 square miles (1.58 km2), all of it land.
