Roscoe is a city in Edmunds County, South Dakota in the United States. The population was 329 at the 2010 census.

Roscoe was laid out in 1877, and named in honor of Roscoe Conkling, a United States Senator from New York.

Roscoe is located at 45°27′1″N 99°20′12″W / 45.45028°N 99.33667°W / 45.45028; -99.33667 (45.450306, -99.336783).
