Roman Mykhaylovych Pokora (Ukrainian: Роман Михайлович Покора, born 22 February 1948 in Zboriv, Ternopil Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a retired ex-USSR football player. He played most of his career as a midfielder. Until recently he was manager of club from Georgian Umaglesi Liga FC Guria Lanchkhuti.
Born in Zboriv, Pokora since age of 4 lived in Vynnyky which is a suburb of Lviv.
Pokora played four seasons in the Soviet Top League for FC Karpaty Lviv.
Pokora is married. Has two sons.
