The Diocese of Ischia (Latin: Dioecesis Isclana) is a Roman Catholic ecclesiastical territory in Campania, southern Italy. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Naples. In 2013 in the diocese of Ischia there was one priest for every 1,628 Catholics.

The first Bishop of Ischia, Pietro, was appointed in 1179. He was present at the Third Lateran Council.
