Robert Pelikán (born 18 October 1979, in Prague) is a Czech lawyer and politician, currently serving (as of March 2015) as Czech Minister of Justice in the government of Bohuslav Sobotka. On 12 March 2015, he replaced Helena Válková as a candidate for ANO 2011.
Pelikán studied at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. From 2008 to 2014 he worked for Vrána & Pelikán law firm, which he co-founded. He has served as the First Deputy Minister of Justice since June 2014.
He has been criticized by , Supreme Public Prosecutor of the Czech Republic, for his intent to increase state executive control over the Prosecutor's Offices.
