Ridgeway is a city in Winneshiek County, Iowa, United States. The population was 315 at the 2010 census.

Ridgeway is located at 43°17′52″N 91°59′21″W / 43.29778°N 91.98917°W / 43.29778; -91.98917 (43.297884, -91.989187).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.02 square miles (2.64 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 315 people, 138 households, and 77 families residing in the city. The population density was 308.8 inhabitants per square mile (119.2/km2). There were 147 housing units at an average density of 144.1 per square mile (55.6/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 99.7% White and 0.3% from two or more races.

There were 138 households of which 29.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.4% were married couples living together, 4.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 44.2% were non-families. 34.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.28 and the average family size was 3.03.

The median age in the city was 32.4 years. 24.8% of residents were under the age of 18; 9.4% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 26.9% were from 25 to 44; 23.1% were from 45 to 64; and 15.6% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 50.8% male and 49.2% female.

As of the census of 2000, there were 293 people, 124 households, and 80 families residing in the city. The population density was 276.0 people per square mile (106.7/km²).
