Richard Allan Hugh (Dick) Taylor (January 13, 1915 – April 7, 1991) was a Canadian politician, who represented Timiskaming in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1963 to 1967 as a Liberal member.

Taylor was elected in the provincial general election in 1963 and he served as a backbench member of the Opposition in the 27th Legislative Assembly of Ontario during a majority PC government led by Premier John Robarts. Taylor served on three Standing Committees of the Legislative Assembly, during his time in office, with a particular interest in Committees dealing with "Natural Resources, Wildlife and Mining" and "Highways and Transport'.

Prior to his election, he founded Taylor Hardware, a retail business in New Liskeard, Ontario and he had was involved in a variety of mining ventures. He was also actively involved in the expansion of telecommunication services throughout northeastern Ontario. Taylor served as a Trustee on the school board and he was a Director on the Board of Temiskaming Hospital in New Liskeard, Ontario.

Taylor died on vacation in Bermuda.
