Richard Falklen

Richard Falklen was the show producer for Gerry House and the House Foundation, the Country Music Association (CMA) and Academy Of Country Music (ACM) award-winning morning radio show that was on The Big 98, WSIX-FM in Nashville, Tennessee from 1983-2010, and was heard across the world on WSIX.com and on XM Satellite Radio Channel 161, from 6 to 10am (CST) Monday through Friday.

Richard was born and raised in Michigan until his parents moved the family from Detroit to Minot, North Dakota.

He received a Regents Scholarship in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program, and moved to Phoenix to earn his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before moving again to Florida to get his Master of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University at the FSU/Asolo Conservatory in Sarasota.

Having lived now in several places across America, Richard was on the move again - this time to New York City working as an actor and producer in the theatre.

While living in New York, Richard served as chairman of The Florida Project from 1991 to 1994 and then began working for Lou Levy in music publishing. Unfortunately, he would only work for Levy a short time, as he died in 1995. Richard then became the Creative Director for the Music Sales Corporation, then Managing Director and Producer for Wolf Fang Productions.
