Rendville is a village in Perry County, Ohio, United States. The population was 36 at the 2010 census, making it the smallest incorporated community in Ohio.
Rendville was founded in 1879 by William P. Rend, and named for him. A post office was established at Rendville in 1879, and remained in operation until 1982.
Rendville is located at 39°37′2″N 82°5′22″W / 39.61722°N 82.08944°W (39.617164, -82.089334), along Sunday Creek.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.31 square miles (0.80 km2), all land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 36 people, 18 households, and 11 families residing in the village. The population density was 116.1 inhabitants per square mile (44.8/km2). There were 28 housing units at an average density of 90.3 per square mile (34.9/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 80.6% White, 8.3% African American, and 11.1% from two or more races.
There were 18 households of which 16.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 38.9% were married couples living together, 16.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.6% had a male householder with no wife present, and 38.9% were non-families. 22.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
