Regiel [ˈrɛɡʲɛl] (German: Regeln) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ełk, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Ełk and 128 km (80 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
