Rati Pandey is an Indian television actress. Her television works include Hitler Didi, Miley Jab Hum Tum (2008), Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai and Shaadi Street.

Rati Pandey was born in Assam, lived there for seven years and completed her primary schooling there. She then moved to Patna where she studied in St. Karen's High School. She completed further schooling from the Kendriya Vidyalaya schools in Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi. Pandey studied commerce at the Miranda House at Delhi University, where she specialized in Economics.

Pandey started her career as a participant in the singing reality show Idea Zee Cinestars ki Khoj in 2006. She acted in many music albums during her initial career. She also appeared in Sony TV's crime based thriller C.I.D, and Sahara One's horror show Raat Hone Ko Hai. She also worked as a junior artist in Sanjay Dutt's movie Lage Raho Munna Bhai and also appeared in TV commercials of Champions Appliances.

Pandey's television career continued with Deepti Bhatnagar's Shaadi Street on Star One, in which she played the lead role "Nandini". She also played the lead role of Prarthna Thakraal in Zee TV's show Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai produced by Shreya Creations.
