Rajko Žižić (January 22, 1955 – August 7, 2003) was a Montenegrin professional basketball player. The 6'11", 243 pounder represented Yugoslavia at the 1976 Summer Olympics, the 1980 Summer Olympics and the 1984 Summer Olympics, winning silver, gold and bronze respectively. He died on August 7, 2003 from a heart attack.
