Rainsburg is a borough in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 133 at the 2010 census.
Rainsburg is located in southern Bedford County at 39°53′43″N 78°30′57″W / 39.895258°N 78.515948°W, within Colerain Township. It lies at the south end of a valley called Friends Cove between Tussey Mountain to the east and Evitts Mountain to the west.
Pennsylvania Route 326 passes through the borough, leading north 11 miles (18 km) to Bedford, the county seat, and south 16 miles (26 km) to Flintstone, Maryland.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Rainsburg has a total area of 0.16 square miles (0.42 km2), all of it land.
