Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani (Urdu: راحیلہ حمید خان درانی) is on position as Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan since 24 December 2015. She also served as first women as caretaker Governor of Balochistan and also first woman to hold the speaker of the house position in Balochistan. She is a well-known lawyer by profession.
Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani was born in Quetta. She received her M.A and L.L.B from University of Balochistan. She also has a Certificate in Leadership, Environment and Sustainable Development.She is in her third term in Balochistan Assembly office,In 2002 elections she was elected first time Member of Balochistan Provincial Assembly from W-54 reserved seat and again elected from women reserved seats in 2008 and 2013 elections. She is serving in the Provincial Assembly from 2002. She became Balochistan's Minister for Prosecution in her second term, She has now on position retains as Speaker Balochistan Assembly. She attended many Forums, Workshops, Seminars and Courses in Pakistan, Bangkok, Egypt, England, Sri Lanka, Nepal and China during the years of 1994,1995,2000,2005. She is Patron-in-Chief of Chiltan Adventurers Association Balochistan and Pakistan Canoe and Kayak Federation She is affiliated with the Pakistan Muslim League (N) party.
