Ragan is a village in Harlan County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 38 at the 2010 census.
Ragan was platted in 1886 when the St. Joseph and Grand Island Railway was extended to that point. It was named for a railroad official.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.25 square miles (0.65 km2), all of it land.
As of the census of 2010, there were 38 people, 18 households, and 10 families residing in the village. The population density was 152.0 inhabitants per square mile (58.7/km2).
