Raadhika Sarathkumar (also known mononymously as Raadhika) is a Sri Lankan born Indian film and television actress, entrepreneur and producer who works predoiminantely in the Tamil film industry. She is the founder of Radaan Mediaworks India Limited, which has produced serials like Chitti, Annamalai, Selvi, Arasi, Chellame, Vani Rani and Idi Katha Kadu (Telugu).

Raadhika has acted in over 200 films in Tamil, well known in her role played as Shruthi Avanthi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. She was a judge on Vijay TV's Jodi Number One Season 4. She has also produced a film titled Meendum Oru Kaadhal Kathai, which won the Indira Gandhi Award for Best First Film of a Director.
