Rémy Martin (French pronunciation: [ʁemi maʁtɛ̃]) is a French firm that primarily produces and sells cognac (a brandy from the Cognac region of France). The brand specialises in Cognac Fine Champagne, which was originally produced by French winemaker Rémy Martin.

Martin founded the business in 1724. As of 2011, it was owned by Rémy Cointreau, a company established in 1991.

As of May 2012, the company promotes its cognac product for its aging process of between 10 and 37 years (the standard for other brands is 6 years).

Rémy Martin is a specialist in Fine Champagne Cognac. The eaux-de-vie selected for use in Rémy Martin products come from the two best growth areas of the Cognac region, the Grande Champagne and the Petite Champagne (the word "Champagne" defines a type of soil that is extremely chalky). The eaux-de-vie from these crus, in the heart of the Cognac region, have the greatest ageing potential.

Fine Champagne Cognac is the only blend of two crus protected by the Appellation d'Origine made by winegrowers and distillers from Grande Champagne & Petite Champagne were signed with Rémy Martin, forming the "Alliance Fine Champagne".

Only 17% of the cognac shipped from the region is legally recognized as Fine Champagne Cognac (Source: BNIC shipments 2004) and 80% of all Fine Champagne Cognac shipped from the region is produced by Rémy Martin.

The Rémy Martin brand is known for the distinctive centaur logo displayed on its wines. In China, Rémy Martin is called réntóumă (人头马), literally "man-headed horse".

In the 1960s Rémy Martin produced two commemorative products: the "games barrel" and the "writing slope". Limited volumes were produced. They have since become collector's items.
