The Purdue University College of Health and Human Sciences is the second largest college and one of 11 major academic divisions, or Colleges, of Purdue University. The Hospitality and Tourism Management program has been ranked first in the United States. During 2014, Lyle's-Porter Hall for interprofessional health was established on Purdue's campus housing clinical space for the academic units of Speech Language Hearing Sciences (SLHS), Nursing, Nutrition Science, Health and Kinesiology, and Psychological Sciences as well as the IU-School of Medicine- West Lafayette; students selected to continue medical school on the Purdue campus have the opportunity to receive a PhD from Purdue and MD from IU. The College of Health and Human Sciences consists of ten academic units:

The College of Health and Human Sciences is distributed across 15 buildings on the West Lafayette campus.

The College of Health and Human Sciences was established in 2010 from the realignment of several existing academic units at Purdue. These included the School of Nursing, the School of Health Sciences, the College of Consumer and Family Sciences, and several departments of the College of Liberal Arts.

The college's Hospitality and Tourism Management programs - undergraduate, master's and doctoral - have been ranked first in the nation by both industry recruiters and an evaluation conducted by Virginia Tech that applied the U.S. News & World Report methodology to the academic unit level. Additionally, Purdue's speech pathology graduate program is ranked number 5 in the nation, tied along with Northwestern University and University of Wisconsin – Madison according to the U.S. News & World Report. Aside from these rankings, there are no current national rankings for Health and Human Sciences Colleges. While no ranking system exists, Purdue's Radiological Health (well known for protecting individuals from nuclear radiation), Environmental Health, and Occupational Health programs consistently have 100% job placement rating.
