Puneet Singh Ratn is an Indian film and theater actor, who made his Bollywood debut with Ram Gopal Varma's Hindi film Satya 2, which deals with the mafia and underworld gang war fare.

He arrived in Bollywood around 2009, he is not formally trained as an actor but gained experience by working as assistant director before he got a part in Satya 2. He will appear in Karan Johar's upcoming film Badrinath Ki Dulhania as a supporting role.
