The Puerto Rico Olympic Committee (COPUR, Spanish: Comité Olímpico de Puerto Rico) is the National Olympic Committee for Puerto Rico. It oversees Olympic-sports in Puerto Rico, and selects the Olympic team which represents the island. It was founded in 1948 by Julio Enrique Monagas.

COPUR operates the Casa Olímpica, its headquarters in Old San Juan.

Teams representing Puerto Rico have participated in every Summer Olympics since 1948, including the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, Russia—despite the US-led boycott of those Games. They have also participated at the 1984-2010 Winter Olympics. In 2010, alpine skier Kristina Krone competed in her first Winter Games for Puerto Rico, but the Olympic Committee chose not to send her in 2014.

As of 2012, Sara Rosario became the first woman to become President of the COPUR. Past presidents include the island's first Puerto Rican Governor, Jesús T. Piñero; Julio Enrique Monagas; Jaime Annexy; Francisco Bueso; Felicio Torregrosa; José Enrique Arrarás; Germán Rieckehoff, whose remains are buried at the Albergue Olímpico; Osvaldo Gil; Héctor Cardona; and David Bernier.
