Price Township is a township in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,649 at the 2000 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 25.2 square miles (65.2 km2), of which, 25.0 square miles (64.8 km2) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.4 km2) of it (0.64%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,649 people, 925 households, and 703 families residing in the township. The population density was 105.8 people per square mile (40.9/km2). There were 1,270 housing units at an average density of 50.7/sq mi (19.6/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 91.09% White, 5.21% African American, 0.15% Native American, 1.17% Asian, 1.02% from other races, and 1.36% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.89% of the population.
There were 925 households, out of which 41.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.3% were married couples living together, 6.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.9% were non-families. 15.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.86 and the average family size was 3.23.
In the township the population was spread out, with 28.8% under the age of 18, 6.2% from 18 to 24, 34.2% from 25 to 44, 22.2% from 45 to 64, and 8.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 105.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 101.2 males.
