Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists is a upcoming American teen drama television series developed by I. Marlene King, loosely based on the popular book series The Perfectionists written by Sara Shepard. A second spin-off of Pretty Little Liars after Ravenswood, Freeform greenlit the series on September 25, 2017.
The series is set in the town of Beacon Heights where everything seems perfect, from their top-tier college to their overachieving residents. But nothing in Beacon Heights is as it appears to be. The stress of needing to be perfect leads to the town’s first murder. Behind every Perfectionist is a secret, a lie and a needed alibi.
On September 25, 2017 it was announced that Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish would reprise their roles as Alison DiLaurentis and Mona Vanderwaal from Pretty Little Liars television series respectively.
According to Pieterse, filming for the show will most likely begin in January 2018.
